1. Eligibility

Operate from India, Pakistan, Oman or any GCC country.
Own a valid bank account or digital wallet for payments.

2. Enrollment Process
To become an affiliate, you must:

Await approval from the Al Jasim Electronics team.
You will receive a welcome email upon approval.
3. Commission Structure
Commissions range from 5% to 15%, depending on product category.
Commission is paid on net sale amount, excluding returns, discounts, and taxes.
Payouts are made monthly once your balance reaches 50 OMR.
Payment is made via bank transfer, PayPal, or digital wallet.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote only approved Al Jasim Electronics products.
Avoid misleading or deceptive advertising.
Use only your unique affiliate links for tracking.
Not impersonate the brand or use Al Jasim logos without permission.
Immediately stop promotion upon request from Al Jasim Electronics.
5. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
Purchase through your own affiliate link.
Use spamming, cookie stuffing, or false incentives.
Run paid ads targeting our brand keywords (e.g., “Al Jasim Electronics”).
Engage in unethical or illegal marketing practices.
6. Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use provided marketing materials (banners, logos, texts) solely for the purpose of affiliate promotion.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account:
At any time, with or without notice.
If we detect fraudulent activity, brand damage, or policy violations.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
8. Disclosure Compliance
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”) in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Al Jasim Electronics is not liable for:
Lost profits, business interruptions, or indirect damages.
Any inaccuracies or delays in commission tracking due to system errors.
10. Amendments
We may revise these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or platform alert. Continued participation after such changes constitutes agreement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Salalah, Oman.
